We help you think through and prioritize your budget—because of course you don’t know the nuances of setting up comfortable climate control for an oceanside tented reception, or how to bring all your guests to your mountaintop ceremony via gondola—then handle all your vendor scouting and communications based on our longstanding relationships across the country.

Investment
We value transparency and crystal clear expectations. With full-service planning and design, every wedding is completely custom to each individual couple. We’re proud to have a portfolio that reflects this, with each wedding it’s own unique celebration that feels completely distinct from the rest.
This is true for investment too. Every couple's personal priorities, location, guest count, and more will influence their overall budget. Our couples' average investment is at least $1300 per guest, with guest lists typically around 150, reflecting the destinations and level of production we specialize in.

When it comes to sourcing your venue, flowers, catering, photographer, and so on, we provide you a short list of options and manage all of your contracts and communications. We handle every detail of your wedding design, timeline, and logistics so the day flows naturally and feels like you. With a focus on guest hospitality, we plan accommodations and events for your entire multi-day wedding weekend. On the big day, we make sure it all goes smoothly and problem-solve when the weather has other plans or the band is running late. In short, we handle everything so you can live in the experience.

We hand select a different team based on every couple’s wedding day—your needs, location, installations, and more. We’ve spent the past two decades, since 2008, forming trusted relationships with associate planners and creative partners to pull off unforgettable multi-day affairs, plan luxury tented weddings at private estates, and push creative boundaries with inspired design.

Our destination planning work takes us back and forth from Colorado and New England — both places our founder, Kelly Karli, has personally lived in. We also do destination weddings abroad. For all weddings, your initial site visit is built into the minimum fee. Over the years, we’ve built trusted vendor teams based out of (or ready to fly in to) Colorado, the East Coast, and beyond. We have extensive expertise and deep knowledge on the planning complexity and unique challenges of luxury tented, private estate, and destination wedding weekends in Aspen, Vail, Beaver Creek, Steamboat Springs, Boston, Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod, Newport, and the list goes on.

Throughout her career, our founder, Kelly Karli, has been committed to elevating the standard of wedding planning in Colorado, including introducing a more flexible approach to planning fees within our market.
At Karli & Company, our planning fee is based on 15% of the included wedding investment, with a minimum planning fee. This approach allows our fee to reflect the scale and complexity of each celebration while maintaining the level of personal attention and service our clients expect.
